Our deepest sympathies go to Ann Pearson, on the passing of her mother, Jeanne M. Lutz.

Jeanne M. Lutz died peacefully surrounded by her family on Thursday, February 20, 2020 in Houston, Texas, at the age of 96.

Jeanne was born on November 3, 1923, in Fullerton, Nebraska, to John and Julia Kennedy. After high school graduation, she moved to Clinton, Iowa, where she met the love of her life, Charles Lutz. Married on February 16, 1943, in Bakersfield, California, Jeanne and Charlie raised six children moving from California to Iowa to Ohio and finally to Houston, Texas, as Charlie was an early NASA pioneer.

Jeanne is preceded in death by her loving husband of 60 years, Charles, five brothers, and two sisters. She is survived by one sister, four daughters, two sons, 16 grandchildren, and 28 great-grandchildren.
