Employee Password Changes

On Wednesday, April 20, 2016, all San Jacinto College employees will be asked to set up a new password to access College computer accounts and the College’s network. This new password process will improve security and protect the College’s computer systems from unauthorized access through email phishing. Passwords for Banner, Success Factors, and SOAR will not be affected by this change.

As part of this process, you need to register in the Password Self-Service tool available at http://www.sanjac.edu/password. By registering your account, you will be able to reset your network password online in the event that you forget it. This change will align us with our students, who have successfully been utilizing this service for a few years. Please review the following document, How to Set Up Your Security Questions, to register your account.

A follow-up announcement will be sent out within the next few days to all employees with additional information, “how-to” documentation, and support that will be available for the upcoming password change.
