Contact Center sets open house

The Contact Center has adapted and changed through the years as San Jacinto College has continued to grow. Below is a very condensed timeline —

Pre-2006
Each campus has someone to answer phones for the campus and route calls – I believe it was handled in the Evening Dean’s division

2006
New phone and information system implemented
Jeff Levine serves as Call Center / Outreach Director

2007
Jeff Levine continues his role

2008
Anita Jones assumes responsibility for the Call Center

2011
Anita Jones leaves SJCD
Richard George creates the Contact Center

2014
Richard George leaves SJCD
Ernesto Wallmark becomes Supervisor of the Contact Center
