Publications, banners, promotional items and apparel order notice

Do you need to order promotional items, vinyl banners, apparel or a publication through the marketing department? If so, please act quickly as time is running out!

All orders for banners, apparel and publications must be submitted to the marketing department by Tuesday, June 1, 2010 in order to have them fulfilled and charged back by the end of the fiscal year. Any orders submitted after June 1 will be entered into the system for next year’s (2010-2011) budget.

All orders for promotional items must be submitted by Wednesday, June 30, 2010 in order to be fulfilled by the end of the fiscal year. Any orders submitted after June 30 will be processed in the 2010-2011 budget.

Information on how to order these items, along with the PRS order forms, can be found online at http://www.sanjac.edu/marketing-forms. Also, if you plan to order any of the above mentioned items and will be on vacation or out of the office for an extended period of time, please be sure to identify the name and phone number of the person who can approve artwork in your absence. This will ensure that your order is not delayed, and will assist the marketing department in completing your order.
