Summer camp information form now available!

In an effort to continue to increase participation in community programs such as summer camps, we are collecting information about summer camps now so that advertising and promotion of these activities can begin March 1, 2018. In order for us to compile the most complete list of all Summer camps happening throughout the College, we need to receive this information now so we can begin planning for the website, camp registration and promotion.

 

If you plan to host a summer camp in 2018, please complete the information form no later than January 31, 2018. Once you have completed the form, you will need to contact your Campus Business Office to set-up your Marketplace registration site. When the registration site is completed, your camp will be listed on the San Jacinto College Summer Camps website. Your camp will not display on the Summer Camps website until your Marketplace registration site is complete. The Summer Camps marketing and advertising campaign directs the audience to the Summer Camps website, so it is imperative that you have your Marketplace registration site established by contacting your Campus Business Office in order for your camp can be listed on the website.

 

The required information requested for each Summer camp is:

  • Camp Name
  • Brief Description
  • Age range for the camp
  • Dates
  • Times
  • Campus(es)
  • Location on Campus
  • Cost
  • Contact Information
  • Number of participants expected

 

In addition, we will need to know if you will need an online web registration form (separate from Marketplace).
