Chief Information Officer

Rob Stanicic is the acting Chief Information Officer for San Jacinto College and a member of the College’s Strategic Leadership Team. With twenty years of experience as a management consultant and an IT executive, Rob has served many organizations within a variety of industries across the world. Through his leadership, Mr. Stanicic has improved the technology available for students and staff through many initiatives and emerging technologies including implementing the latest classroom technology standards, supporting personal devices for students and employees, providing desktop and server virtualization, implementing Voice over IP, upgrading the College’s network and wireless footprint, revitalizing the College’s contact center for student services, optimizing the College’s Banner ERP, and upgrading the Colleges website.

Director, Enterprise Services

Suzanne DeBlanc is the Director of Enterprise Services for San Jacinto College. She brings over 23 years of technical and leadership experience which includes training, help desk support, application development, systems administration, database administration, project management, customer relationship management and also holds ITIL foundation certification. Suzanne provides leadership for numerous strategic initiatives that include Enterprise reporting, Banner optimization and continuous process improvement, Website enhancement, Data Warehousing and analytics, Data integration, Project management, Vendor partner management and technical consultations. During her tenure at San Jacinto College, she has been responsible for Banner technical implementations, contract negotiation, resource assignment, budget development and execution and project deployment support. Suzanne also teaches as an adjunct at San Jacinto College as well.

Director, Infrastructure Services

Allen Bourque is the Director of Infrastructure Services at San Jacinto College. Allen has over twenty five years of information technology and systems experience which include network communications, desktop services, help desk, data center operations, server support, and systems development. He has earned industry certifications in project management, ITIL 3.0 foundation and Microsoft Windows. For the past 15 years he has served in various supervisory and leadership roles. In those roles he has been responsible for planning automation needs, budgeting, staffing, service level agreements, developing and implementing technology initiatives, negotiating contracts, project management, disaster recovery and risk management. Allen’s background in education includes time at the University of Texas Medical Branch and Windham School district.

Director, IT Facilities and Construction

Jeff Tambrella is the Director for IT Construction and Facilities at San Jacinto College. His experiences and toolset have been derived from twenty-five years of management and twenty-one years in Information Technology. Jeff’s IT experience has been from a combination of Infrastructure Management, Project Management, and Information Systems Management were he has worked, managed, trained, designed, developed, planned, and implemented an immense variety of Technologies. For the past three years he has worked on the 2008 Bond projects where he managed and developed the standards for Technology and Audio Visual systems that were implemented into the new facilities. Projects he has managed include classroom AV installations, ILC AV systems upgrades, Digital Signage, nursing SIM Labs, Panic Buttons, and Structured Cabling Standardization.
