Subject: Banner 9 Export Issue
Who it affects: All Banner Users
Please be advised we are currently experiencing an issue with the Banner 9 export feature.
The defect is preventing the export feature in the tools menu from working properly with our default data extract format settings.
The vendor’s upcoming July release resolves this issue.
In the meantime, please follow the steps in the document “Data Export Workaround” to restore export functionality.
