Who it affects: All SJC Employees

Details:

Starting Monday, September 25, 2017 through Thursday, September 28, 2017, the Polycom Video Conferencing Systems (Scheduleme.sjcd.edu, Meetme.sjcd.edu, Polycom RealPresence Desktop/Mobile apps) will be down for Scheduled System Upgrades. This upgrade will not affect the ILC Video Conferencing Classrooms that connect between Campuses.

If you have a Polycom Video Conference call already scheduled during these date please create a new meeting with Skype For Business or reschedule the meeting after the System Upgrades.

The Polycom Video Conferencing Services will be restored Friday morning, September 29, 2017, by 6:00 a.m.
