Interruption of Phone Services

Please be advised, our technicians will be performing an upgrade to our SJCD Phone system.

Due to this upgrade, the following services will be unavailable beginning at 10:30pm, Friday, March 27th:

  • Inbound and Outbound Calling
  • Voicemail (Sending/Receiving)
  • Web Subscriber Options (WSO) Website
  • CMS Services
  • Calabrio Call Recording (QM/WFM)
  • Nice Call Recording
  • One-X Mobile Website
  • 2nd Nature Profile Management
  • Avaya Site Administrator (ASA)

We are expecting complete service restoration by 6:30am, Saturday, March 28th.  If you have any questions regarding this announcement, please contact Tech Support.
