The phishing e-mail currently being sent to the College is as follows:
From: LogMeIn.com
Sent: Tuesday, February 17, 2015 8:43 AM
To: College Employee
Subject: Your LogMeIn Pro payment has been processed!
Dear client,
Thank you for purchasing our yearly plan for LogMeIn Pro on 25 computers.
Your credit card has been successfully charged.
Date : 17/2/2015
Amount : $999 ( you saved $749.75)
The transaction details can be found in the attached receipt.
Your computers will be automatically upgraded the next time you sign in.
Thank you for choosing LogMeIn!

Please delete these e-mails, do not reply and remember –
We will never ask for your username and password details in an e-mail.
It is also a violation of the College’s IT security policy to surrender your username and password details in this manner.
Hackers will use your account details to take control of your e-mail account and our systems to send tens of thousands of spam messages around the world.
This results in legitimate College e-mail being banned from being received, failure of our internal systems and substantial expense in clean up.
If you receive this or any other suspicious e-mail, please delete it or contact Tech Support.
