I recently met with a group of individuals from the North Campus that included personnel from the Vice President for Learning’s Office and Division Operations Managers to discuss the new Telephone Service Request form.
During that meeting, there was some discussion regarding the VoIP project implementation and how things had gone for them. One of the individuals in the meeting mentioned that they were assisted by Jason Whipple with their phone needs and expressed that he did a fine job and that they were very impressed with his courtesy and professionalism.
I wanted to share this with you so that you’re aware that your team is working hard to provide superior service to our customers. It is dedicated individuals like Jason that make the difference and make us all look good!
