Did You Know?
We now have online technical support for students and employees available at https://techsupport.sanjac.edu.
In order to access the site you will need to login using your network user name and password (the same credentials you use to login to SOS).
From here you can enter an online support request, know as a “Heat Ticket,” get answers to frequently asked questions, and lean about the technology services available to you at San Jac. In addition, you can also view a complete history of your service requests as well as the progress being made on open requests.
A variety of helpful information is available to you at your fingertips, accessible in two ways, by entering your own question or browsing through the topics until you find the information you are looking for.

All current information technology announcements are also displayed within the website, making it easy to see if there are any current issues that you need to be aware of that might be affecting the College’s technology services.
